Dear Participants,

Tomorrow will be the first day of the 21st Biostudies Student Symposium. We would like to inform all participants of a few things.

1. A prayer room is reserved on the first floor of Shiran Kaikan. Please ask committee staff if you would like to use it.

2. This year, we invite every participant to decide the top 3 poster presentations in each session. You may access the online voting form via the QR code on the back of your name tag, in your program book, and in the poster presentation venue. The voting form will be available from 09:00 to 15:00 on March 5th (Wed).

3. If you know anyone interested in participating in BSS but has not registered yet, we offer on-site registration on both days of the symposium. Keep in mind that complimentary lunches and overnight retreat are not available to on-site registered participants.
